Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and customization reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Individual Irons (when purchased separately)
  • Any club that has been custom-fitted or altered after purchase
  • Products showing signs of use or damage not present at delivery

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our customer service team will respond within 1 business day with:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions
  • The appropriate return shipping address

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories. Affix the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

Refund Information
