All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian regions and remote areas.

International Shipping

For international customers (excluding restricted regions):

  • You may be responsible for customs fees and import taxes
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • All charges are calculated in US Dollars

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our premium golf equipment with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and customization reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Individual Irons (when purchased separately)
  • Any custom-fitted or altered clubs
  • Products showing signs of use or damage not present at delivery

How to Return an Item

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 1 business day with:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions
  • The appropriate return shipping address

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, we’ll inspect the returned item within 3 business days. You’ll receive email notification when:

  • Your refund has been processed
  • Your exchange item has been shipped
  • Or if there are any issues with your return

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we cover the shipping costs of the replacement item
